Presentation
The inaugural meeting of the CQS will present the University of Cambridge Islamic Manuscripts Collection in its wider codicological and historical context, while showcasing the distinctive features of particular manuscripts. The seminar is designed to highlight the wider relevance of the Cambridge Qur’ān Collection for philologists, art historians and historians of Middle Eastern culture.
